Role Overview
The Supply Chain Officer at Matsbond will play a vital role in supporting the coordination of procurement, logistics, and inventory management activities to ensure efficient supply chain operations that meet project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support procurement and logistics teams to coordinate timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor stock levels and facilitate inventory replenishment.
- Track and update supply chain schedules to align with project timelines.
- Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and warehouse personnel to resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate supply chain documentation and records.
- Assist in preparing supply chain reports and performance analyses.
- Support compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Participate in process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
- Foster collaboration across supply chain functions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years experience in supply chain coordination or related roles.
- Knowledge of procurement, logistics, and inventory management principles.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and supply chain software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
