Role Overview
The Supply Chain Coordinator at Matsbond will support the coordination of supply chain activities including procurement, logistics, and inventory management to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating supply chain activities in collaboration with procurement and logistics teams.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs.
- Track shipments and delivery schedules to meet project requirements.
- Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
- Prepare reports on supply chain performance and issues.
- Support problem resolution in supply chain processes.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Provide administrative support to supply chain management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years experience in supply chain coordination or related roles.
- Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management principles.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and supply chain software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
