Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Subsea Operations Lead to oversee the planning and execution of subsea activities offshore. This role demands technical expertise and leadership to ensure subsea operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory and client standards, contributing to successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead subsea operation planning and execution offshore.
- Manage subsea personnel and equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with project teams, clients, and contractors for subsea activities.
- Monitor subsea operational performance and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation.
- Participate in project meetings and progress reviews.
- Support procurement and logistics for subsea equipment.
- Promote continuous improvement in subsea operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Ocean Engineering or related field.
- At least 5 years’ experience in subsea operations or offshore engineering.
- Strong knowledge of subsea equipment and operational procedures.
- Experience in managing offshore teams and complex subsea projects.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with safety standards and offshore regulations.
- Proficiency with subsea monitoring and control systems.
