Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Project Manager to lead high-value construction and infrastructure projects across diverse operational environments. This role is pivotal in ensuring successful project delivery—on time, within budget, and in alignment with safety, quality, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to close-out, including planning, execution, monitoring, and handover.
- Lead cross-functional project teams and act as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and control project budgets, timelines, risk registers, and reporting mechanisms.
- Coordinate procurement, logistics, engineering, and site execution teams for seamless delivery.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on all sites.
- Prepare project status reports and communicate updates to senior leadership and clients.
- Negotiate contracts and manage performance of subcontractors and vendors.
- Facilitate problem-solving and mitigate delays, budget overruns, or operational issues.
- Mentor junior project team members to strengthen delivery capacity and performance.
- Align project execution with Matsbond’s innovation and sustainability goals.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8–10+ years of experience in project management within the construction or infrastructure sectors.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in complex environments.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar).
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong financial, contractual, and risk management knowledge.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus.
