Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to assist project managers with scheduling, documentation, communication, and resource tracking for construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project scheduling and progress monitoring.
- Coordinate communication between site teams, clients, and suppliers.
- Maintain project documentation and records.
- Track materials, equipment, and manpower usage.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
- Facilitate meetings and follow up on action items.
- Support risk and issue management processes.
- Liaise with subcontractors and vendors for deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards.
- Provide administrative support to project management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in project coordination or administration.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and project management software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of construction project lifecycle.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
