Role Overview
We are looking for an organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of construction and infrastructure projects. This role involves coordinating project activities, managing documentation, and liaising between teams to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and communications across engineering and construction teams.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, contracts, and compliance records.
- Assist project managers in tracking project milestones, budgets, and resources.
- Facilitate communication between clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays.
- Support procurement activities and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Prepare regular status updates and reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
- Help resolve project issues and escalate critical matters as necessary.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project coordination processes and tools.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in project coordination within construction or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience working on multi-site projects is a plus.
