Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Marine Superintendent to oversee marine operations, ensure compliance with industry standards, and manage vessel and offshore asset performance for safe and efficient project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate marine operations for vessels and offshore assets.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage vessel performance, maintenance schedules, and crew effectiveness.
- Oversee logistics and coordination between marine teams, clients, and contractors.
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
- Prepare and submit operational reports to senior management and clients.
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or diploma in Marine Engineering, Nautical Science, or related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in marine operations or offshore management.
- Strong knowledge of maritime laws, safety standards, and vessel operations.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with offshore project environments and logistics.
