Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Marine Deck Supervisor to oversee deck operations, ensure compliance with safety standards, and support smooth marine and offshore service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily deck operations, maintenance, and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with vessel crew and offshore teams to ensure efficient workflow.
- Ensure strict adherence to marine safety regulations and environmental guidelines.
- Monitor inventory and condition of deck equipment and supplies.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior deck crew members.
- Report operational issues and participate in incident investigations.
- Support vessel management and operational planning as required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant certification or diploma in marine deck operations or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in deck supervision or similar marine roles.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and maritime regulations.
- Proven leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with offshore operations and vessel maintenance is an advantage.
