Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Maintenance Technician to carry out repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems. You will ensure that equipment remains in peak condition, supporting operational efficiency and safety. The role requires flexibility, hands-on technical skills, and the ability to respond quickly to breakdowns and maintenance requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on equipment.
- Inspect and diagnose faults in mechanical and electrical systems.
- Repair or replace faulty parts and components.
- Support equipment installation and commissioning.
- Maintain maintenance records and documentation.
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment effectively.
- Assist in inventory control for spare parts.
- Collaborate with engineers and supervisors on technical issues.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
- At least 3 years’ experience as a maintenance technician.
- Good knowledge of maintenance practices and equipment.
- Ability to read technical manuals and engineering drawings.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Team player with strong communication skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
