Role Overview
We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to manage and execute maintenance strategies for industrial equipment and facilities. This role involves analysing system performance, reducing downtime, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimise operations. You will work closely with technical teams to ensure all maintenance work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee preventive maintenance schedules.
- Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures.
- Manage repairs and ensure timely completion of work orders.
- Support installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Maintain detailed maintenance records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Liaise with suppliers for spare parts and technical support.
- Implement efficiency improvements in maintenance operations.
- Coordinate with operations and engineering teams on planning.
- Provide technical guidance to maintenance staff.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in maintenance engineering.
- Strong understanding of industrial maintenance practices.
- Proficiency in maintenance management systems.
- Analytical skills for diagnosing and solving equipment issues.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality assurance.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
